Intended for both indoor and outdoor use. For product longevity outdoors, place it under covered patios and use furniture covers to protect it from the elements, or store it indoors during inclement weather. Due to its jet-black color, this product can become extremely hot if left in direct sunlight.

Sunlight and water are the most significant elements that will damage stone and concrete over time. Therefore, we recommend using felt pads and coasters under items that remain on the table for extended periods. Please note that residual moisture can transfer to the concrete and cause discoloration.

We recommend periodically waxing with a paraffin-based stone floor wax. Re-wax within 2 months of installation and every 6 months thereafter, depending on use and location. If the product is placed outdoors, wax it thoroughly before winter. If cracks appear, immediately apply a thick coat of wax and rub it in well to prevent moisture from seeping into the cracks and causing discoloration.

Other recommendations: cover and raise the container off the ground, avoid contact with acidic substances such as citrus fruits or olive oil, which can wear away the wax coating, damage the finish, and reduce stain resistance
