The outdoor rug underlay is a durable, non-slip underlay that can withstand outdoor conditions. Its open-weave construction allows for maximum airflow. Made of PVC-coated polyester, this rug underlay is stiffer and less plasticized than our indoor varieties, making it suitable for outdoor use without any surface transfer. Layer it under your favorite indoor/outdoor rugs on your porches, decks, and patios.
