Two exceptional grape varieties, a shared quest for elegance. Designed to reveal the finesse of Pinot Noir and the complexity of Nebbiolo, the RIEDEL Veloce glass accompanies great red wines in all their aromatic richness. Its generous bowl, slender silhouette, and remarkable lightness offer a tasting experience where every nuance finds its place.

A shape designed to reveal aromas

Pinot Noir and Nebbiolo, though originating from different terroirs, share a natural elegance, great aromatic richness, and remarkable aging potential. While Pinot Noir seduces with its finesse, delicate aromas, and silky texture, Nebbiolo reveals a more assertive structure, a complex aromatic palette, and exceptional depth.

The Pinot Noir/Nebbiolo glass has been specifically designed to accompany these two expressions of wine. Its ample bowl promotes the development of aromas and allows the most subtle nuances to reveal themselves gradually. Its carefully studied shape helps highlight the balance between fruit, acidity, and tannins, while preserving the delicacy of each grape variety.

From great Burgundies to Barolo and Barbaresco, it accurately accompanies wines whose finesse and complexity deserve special attention.

A design of exceptional finesse

Launched in 2022, the RIEDEL Veloce collection embodies a new generation of high-end glassware. Its thin bowls, long stems, and perfectly balanced silhouettes evoke the refinement of hand-blown glass, while benefiting from the precision of advanced machine manufacturing.

The geometry of the bowl, inspired by a diamond silhouette, brings a contemporary dimension to this great tasting classic. Its generous opening and harmonious proportions create an elegant presence on the table, while the transparency of the crystal allows for the full appreciation of the wine's nuances.

RIEDEL precision and expertise

For generations, RIEDEL has been developing glasses whose shapes are designed to complement the specific characteristics of each grape variety. The Veloce collection continues this tradition by combining oenological expertise with advanced manufacturing technologies.

Machine-made from lead-free crystal, each glass benefits from remarkable precision, allowing for thin walls, a slender silhouette, and consistent proportions. The result is glassware that combines lightness, strength, and sophistication, as pleasant to use as it is to admire.

An elegance that accompanies every occasion

With its timeless look and carefully studied design, the RIEDEL Veloce glass naturally finds its place at any table. It accompanies both daily meals and special occasions, adding a touch of refinement to every service.

Presented in a RIEDEL box containing two perfectly matched glasses, this set also makes a wonderful gift idea for lovers of fine red wines and table art enthusiasts.
